Walking Dexter had become a real chore and something I didn’t enjoy; but wanted to. He would pull on the lead which was both uncomfortable for me and for him. How can we ever thank you enough for everything you have done for our family in the past four weeks! As you know, we were at the stage where we felt that there was no other option than to find a new home for our 18 month old Chocolate Labrador, Izzy. Between the constant digging and torn clothes from the clothes line, we did not think we would ever be able to stop the destruction. It’s amazing to think that in just four lessons, you were able to help us change Izzy’s behaviour to the point that she’s obedient with all of us, including Anna! Quite frankly, I think you trained our family as much as you trained Izzy. We now understand the importance of consistency and constant praise with Izzy’s training and making sure that we are all doing the same things with her. Thanks to you, our gorgeous Izzy is settled and happy and we no longer dread coming home of an afternoon to a scene of destruction.
