GROUP TRAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Description of Service

• Professional behavioural and obedience pet dog training
• Training methods: luring, capturing, free shaping, targeting, verbal corrections
• If applicable; recommendation for veterinarian check up and/or veterinarian behaviourist diagnosis

Angel Paws dog grooming and training as their own discretion can prohibit any dog or handler from participating in class for reasons relating to health and safety.

Registration

Angel Paws must receive all Registration forms 15 working days prior to the training program scheduled date in order to assist with program viability decisions. Please consult with Angel Paws to determine the status of any program at any time.

Registration must be received by Angel Paws by using the online registration form.

Once registration is received Angel Paws will issue a "Registration Received" email to acknowledge your registration. The "Registration Received" email does not imply that the program is confirmed, purely that we have received and recorded your registration and awaiting payment.

Any alterations to the original Registration should be notified to Angel Paws as soon as possible.

Program Confirmation

A "Program Confirmation" email will be issued once there are sufficient participants for the program, or no later than 12 working days prior to program commencement, whichever is the earlier.

Program Confirmation means that Angel Paws is fully committed to delivering the program and will produce all necessary supplies and materials.

A "Program Confirmation" email provides rules and regulations, important training information and full location details of the program.

Client Training Requirements

• The Client is required to practice the content of each training session on a weekly basis;
• The Client acknowledges that obedience and behaviour modification training may be an activity in which damage or injury to dog(s) and/or persons may occur. The client will assume full financial and moral responsibility for the actions of their dog(s);
• The Client further acknowledges that their dog(s) may be exposed to a variety of environmental conditions which include, but are not limited to, vehicular travel, interaction with people and other animals, exposure to adverse weather, and exposure to areas with crowds and all types of traffic.;
• The Client acknowledges that Angel Paws is not liable or responsible for any injury, damage or loss suffered by the dog(s) in any circumstances;
• The Client acknowledges that Angel Paws is not liable or responsible for any training results and/or outcomes if the Client fails to execute a recommendation from Angel Paws to obtain a medical or veterinarian behaviourist diagnosis as part of Angel Paws' training services.

I/We acknowledge that a successful companion pet program depends on a combination of learned skills on part of the pet and owner. As such Angel Paws will work directly with me/us any my/our pet dog to communicate current best practice animal behaviour knowledge that best suits my/our needs.

A pet's behaviour is ultimately the owners' responsibility and Angel Paws will make every reasonable effort to help the Client attain goals, but makes no guarantee of performace, on the part of the Client or pets as a result of providing professional dog behaviour modification training and/or obedience consultation.

Payment Terms and Methods

Full payment of training program must be forwarded within 15 working days of the scheduled training program date via the below methods unless otherwise agreed to by Angel Paws and the Client prior to the training program start date.

Personal cheques are not accepted unless otherwise indicated by Angel Paws.

Cancellations and Transfer

Cancellations by the Client must be received in writing (email or hard copy) no later than 10 working days prior to the training program scheduled date.

If a cancellation is made less than 10 working days prior to the commencement of the training program an administrative fee of 20% of the program fee will be deducted from the refund.

Angel Paws reserves the right to defer or cancel a training program if there are insufficient bookings or conditions arising beyond our control. Every practical assistance will be given to reschedule clients to an alternative training program date and/or provide a full refund (if applicable).

If there are insufficient participants for the training program, Angel Paws will advise of program cancellation or postponement via a "Rescheduled Training Program" email no later than 8 working days prior to the program commencement.

Where a refund is due the refund will be sent within 30 days via direct debit.

And to ensure we keep our promise to you, Angel Paws will always:

• Give time to discussing and identifying issues and challenges you and your dog experience;
• Develop a plan to deal with issues and challenges identified and continously look at ways to enhance the plan to get the best result possible;
• Work with you to develop a plan of action if faced with an issue that can't be resolved through Angel Paws' expertise. This might include referrals to other dog trainers and/or specialists in the industry.

To help Angel Paws meet the Service and Statisfaction Promise a Training Program Completion survey has been devised to receive feedback from our clients on our services. Once you have completed your training program you will receive a Training Program Completion Survey to complete.
