Angel Paws was established out of a passion for all types of animals, and in particular, our friendly four-legged canines.
Constantly dogs are telling us what they are feeling through the display of different behaviours, such as fear, aggression, submission, yet most people are not able to interpret these behaviours.
Angel Paws specialises in helping people to learn and understand what their dog is saying, breaking down the communication barriers, to achieve desired behaviours.
More importantly, Angel Paws recognises that just like people, dogs have varying levels of skill and ability to learn so from the beginning, you will be setting your dog up for success.
In other words, Angel Paws teaches you to speak dog! And the result is a more rewarding, positive owner-dog relationship.

Your Instructor

Laurie Beaver is owner and principal instructor of Angel Paws.
With over several years’ active involvement in the Animal/Pet industry, Laurie has valuable experience dealing with and handling dogs. Laurie is currently completing a Certificate IV in Companion Animal Services through the Delta Society Canine Good Citizen™ Behavioural Dog Training course.
Laurie is the proud owner of Texas, a Kelpie, who she rescued. She is also part time owner of her parents’ dog Jessie, a Border Collie, and her sister’s dog Obi, Schnocker (Schnauzer X Cocker Spaniel).
